"From September 1995 to October 2007, Mr. Lord held the position of workshop foreman. He always showed great interest in his work and never failed to perform his duties skillfully and responsibly. While employed by the company, he was required to manage and lead a team of 15 to 20 skilled workers, mainly machinists, welder-fitters and mechanics. His primary tasks were to ensure the production and quality of finished products and to supervise production and construction personnel. He was able to solve several problems thanks to his technical expertise, energy and creativity."
